Terms of Service

1. The service

LeadProof builds business-lead lists to order. For each order you configure business types, U.S. states, quantity and filters; we source matching businesses from public listings, locate and verify a contact email for each, and deliver the result as a CSV file.

2. What counts as a delivered lead

• A unique business with a name, an email address that passed SMTP-level verification at build time, and the listing data shown in our sample columns (where available from the source).
• Businesses excluded by your filters or by deduplication against your uploaded file are not delivered and not charged.
• Multiple locations of the same business with distinct contact emails count as distinct leads; duplicates of the same email are never delivered twice in one order.

3. Pricing, payment, refunds

• The exact price is shown before payment and charged once via PayPal.
• If we deliver fewer leads than you ordered, we refund the difference pro-rata, automatically, within 1 business day.
• If we cannot fulfill an order at all (including orders declined at review), you receive a full refund.
• Email verification reflects mailbox status at build time. We guarantee verification at delivery, not future deliverability or response rates.

4. Order review

Every order passes a short human review before processing. We may decline any order at our discretion (with a full refund), including orders that appear abusive, unlawful, or that fall outside the segments we serve.

5. Your responsibilities

• You will use delivered data in compliance with the laws applicable to your outreach (e.g. CAN-SPAM: truthful sender identity, working unsubscribe, honoring opt-outs).
• You confirm any file you upload for deduplication is data you lawfully hold.
• You will not resell or redistribute delivered lists as a standalone data product.

6. Data handling

Files you upload for deduplication are used only for your order and deleted when it completes. Delivered CSVs are retained for 30 days for re-download, then deleted. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outcomes of your outreach campaigns.
