Public business listings on Google Maps, sourced live at order time — not a database that's been rotting for 18 months. Emails come from each business's own website, then get verified.
Each address is checked against the receiving mail server (SMTP-level verification) at build time. Only addresses that verify as deliverable make your file — role-address junk, web-vendor addresses and dead mailboxes are filtered out. By default we exclude catch-all domains entirely.
Rare in the U.S. — but if a niche/state combination runs thin, you automatically get the difference refunded pro-rata. You only ever pay for delivered, verified leads.
Every order gets a quick human review (an anti-abuse step), then the build itself typically takes minutes. Most orders land in your inbox within the hour, worst case a few hours.

The file contains public business contact information. You're responsible for using it in compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach (e.g. CAN-SPAM in the U.S.: identify yourself, honor opt-outs). We never sell personal consumer data.
It's used once, only to exclude businesses you already have, then deleted as soon as your order completes. It is never resold, shared, or used for any other customer.
